CREATIZINE / YOUR INFORMATION

Your details.
Handled with care.

Messages and submissions

When you contact us, we store your name, email, subject and message in the private Creatizine team inbox. Administrators use these details to review your enquiry and respond. Sending a pitch does not give us permission to publish your work; the team will discuss that with you.

The newsletter launch list

We store the email address you provide and the time you agreed to join. The newsletter is being prepared; signup currently adds you to its launch list. No confirmation or newsletter email is sent automatically by this website. Ask the team through the contact form to remove your details.

Readership measurements and recovery copies

We count public page views, broad traffic sources, new newsletter signups and submitted enquiries. Readership counts do not use visitor cookies or store IP addresses, raw referring URLs or individual browsing histories. Page-view tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and excludes signed-in team browsing and known bots. Aggregate readership counts are kept for 90 days.

Protected recovery snapshots include stored content, team account records and messages. The latest seven snapshots are retained, so removed details may remain in those copies until they rotate. Only administrators can download them.

Team accounts and security

Team sign-in uses an essential session cookie. We store password hashes rather than readable passwords. Form and sign-in attempts are limited using hashed identifiers to reduce abuse.

The brand’s Instagram connection

Creatizine administrators can authorize the brand’s professional Instagram account so its public feed posts can appear on the magazine. This connection reads the brand profile, captions, media and publication dates. It does not ask for access to direct messages or permission to publish to Instagram. App secrets and account tokens are encrypted in private server storage. Only administrators can manage the connection.

To remove the website’s saved account token and stop future imports, sign in to the Studio, open Instagram sync and choose Disconnect account. You can also revoke the app in Instagram’s website permissions. Already published magazine stories remain until the editorial team removes them. For removal of imported content or other Instagram data, contact the team using the form linked below and identify the relevant account or story.

Video players and external links

YouTube and Vimeo players load when you choose to watch. Those providers handle playback under their own policies. External videos and social links may be public at their original source.
